Our Brush Defence Ninja's have worked incredibly hard to ensure you'll love the product just as much as we do! We know you will, but for your peace of mind, our products are tested in house before packing to eliminate any issues one may experience.
Due to this, we are unable to accept change of mind purchases. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty where we hold a strict 10 day return policy.
Following Australian consumer law, any return postage will need to be covered by the customer to our head office, located in Melbourne Australia. Once the item is received, the item will undergo a faulty check and a resolution will be made by our customer care team.
Once our products have been dispatched, they will be delivered to you by a third party courier company. Should your order arrive damaged due to handing in transit, you will need to contact your chosen third party courier to dispute your shipping transaction.
